“Learning the truth for life.”
Two Types of Truth
- Relative Truth i.e. Today is, Monday.
- Absolute Truth i.e. I AM, Spirit.
How it works:
- Each morning, notice the mood in the mind while breathing into the chest area.
- Inquire, is there unhappiness in the mind, with a Phrase of Inquiry.
- Acknowledge, the unhappiness with a Phrase of Acceptance.
- Choose, to think or say a simple Phrase of Truth.
- Repeat throughout the day as required.
Example:
- This morning when I inquired into my being, there was morning dread.
- I acknowledged the presence of my anxiety without judgment.
- Then I choose to think the truth of what I am, I AM, Spirit.
- I felt my body soften and my mind let go into deep peace.
