Truth for Life, guided mindfulness meditation.

“Learning the truth for life.”

Two Types of Truth

  1. Relative Truth i.e. Today is, Monday.
  2. Absolute Truth i.e. I AM, Spirit.

How it works:

  1. Each morning, notice the mood in the mind while breathing into the chest area.
  2. Inquire, is there unhappiness in the mind, with a Phrase of Inquiry.
  3. Acknowledge, the unhappiness with a Phrase of Acceptance.
  4. Choose, to think or say a simple Phrase of Truth.
  5. Repeat throughout the day as required.

Example:

  1. This morning when I inquired into my being, there was morning dread.
  2. I acknowledged the presence of my anxiety without judgment.
  3. Then I choose to think the truth of what I am, I AM, Spirit.
  4. I felt my body soften and my mind let go into deep peace.
