G Ross Clark

Meditation Teacher & Coach

Ross has been interested in meditation and prayer for over 37 years. He has studied Eastern meditation in Asia and with many respect Western teachers doing 30 day silent retreats. He enjoys the wisdom that both the east and the west have to offer in stress reduction and more happiness.

Ross has completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He has also completed the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) teacher training at the University of Toronto and is a member of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
