  • ‘May the mind let go.’
  • ‘May the breath be deep.’
  • ‘May the posture be straight.’

How To Practice

1- Make your own phrases.

2- Allow the phrases to change.

3- Phrases of intention are started with ‘may’, so as not to force the mind.

4- Each time, choose only a phrase or phrases that are felt to be most helpful.

5- Drop into mind, Phrases of Intention, that help guide the mind and relax the body.
